Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer payment issues and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Generate daily and monthly collection reports.
  • Negotiate payment schedules as per company policy.
  • Update customer details and payment status in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal collection guidelines.
  • Support the finance team in closing outstanding balances.
  • Skills & Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred).
  • Experience in collections or accounts is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
