Job Description
Key Driver Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Safe Operation & Compliance (Safety First): Adhering strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations, ensuring zero accidents or traffic violations, and maintaining a valid driver’s license.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness: Performing daily inspections, scheduling regular maintenance/repairs, ensuring the vehicle is clean, comfortable, and maintained in excellent working condition.
- Timely & Efficient Delivery (Route Management): Planning the most efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery or pickup, adapting to traffic updates, and ensuring promptness in all trips.
- Passenger/Customer Service: Providing professional and courteous service, assisting passengers with luggage, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
