Job Description: Commis for Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) at DMRC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at DMRC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations, including cooking, plating, and serving.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a QSR or fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
