Dach & Nona (D&N) is looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have up to a year of experience, if you have a degree in Hotel Management and a heart for authentic flavors, we want to meet you.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Kitchen Team Member, you will be at the heart of our production, ensuring every scoop and slice meets our high standards:

• Production Excellence: Assist in the daily preparation of our signature eggless ice creams (like Cherry & Chocolate and Rose Cardamom) and desserts.
• Ingredient Integrity: Handle high-quality natural ingredients with care, ensuring no cross-contamination with artificial additives.
• Quality Control: Maintain the unique textures our brand is known for—from the velvety cream of our Tiramisu to the granular "khoya-like" bite of our Kulfi.
• Hygiene & Safety: Uphold the strictest standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols.
• Process Innovation: Work closely with the founders to maintain the "home-style" quality while scaling production.

Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM) is mandatory.

• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Passion: A genuine interest in clean eating and artisanal dessert making.

• Skills: Basic understanding of pastry techniques, dairy handling, and kitchen organization.
