Community Executive

We are hiring a community executive to build, engage, and manage elderly communities through structured programs, activities, and outreach initiatives. The role focuses on community building, engagement planning, on-ground coordination, and stakeholder interaction for senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture an active elderly community through regular engagement initiatives

• Plan and execute community engagement programs, workshops, health camps, and social activities
• Coordinate with senior citizens, caregivers, healthcare partners, and local stakeholders
• Support enrollment, registrations, and participation for Samarth programs
• Conduct on-ground visits and community meetings as required
• Collect feedback from community members and suggest program improvements
• Maintain records, reports, and community databases
• Represent Samarth in local events, partner meetings, and outreach activities

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Social Work, Community Development, Public Relations, or any discipline preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, NGO, social sector, or healthcare roles
• Prior experience working with elderly or community-based programs will be an advantage
