Job Descriptions

·       Create and develop original embroidery designs

·       Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and needles for each design

·       Operate and maintain embroidery machines

·       Ensure the quality and accuracy of embroidered pieces

·       Work closely with other team members

·       Review and test designs for feasibility and durability

·       Manage and meet tight deadlines

·       Keep detailed records of designs and production processes

·       Proficiency in embroidery design software such as Wilcom, PE Design, or similar

·       Previous experience in a similar role or in the textile industry

·       Strong artistic skills and an eye for color and detail

·       Familiarity with various types of fabrics and embroidery techniques

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Knowledge of the latest trends in embroidery and fashion
