• Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media, blogs, and websites.
• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing posts, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
• Email & Call Handling: Respond to emails professionally, manage customer inquiries, and make necessary business calls when required.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in running ads, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
