Content Creator

About the Role -

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that showcases properties, builds brand awareness, and drives leads. This role blends storytelling, visual creativity, and real estate knowledge to connect with buyers, sellers, and investors across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities -

• Create high-quality content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and listing platforms
• Produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, property tours)
• Write compelling captions, listing descriptions, blogs, and ad copy
• Photograph and/or film properties, neighborhoods, and behind-the-scenes content
• Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
• Collaborate with agents, brokers, and marketing teams on campaigns
• Track content performance and optimize based on analytics
• Stay current on real estate trends, social media trends, and platform updates

Requirements -

• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in real estate or lifestyle branding
• Strong skills in video editing, photography, and content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on-camera talent
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
