🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, confident, and execution-focused Content Creator to manage end-to-end content production for Dioris.

The candidate will be responsible for recording customer testimonials, writing engaging scripts, shooting and editing videos, and publishing high-quality content across Instagram and other platforms.

This is not just a filming role — we need someone who understands branding, storytelling, and social media growth.

🎥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Customer Review Content

• Coordinate with in-store customers for testimonial recordings
• Confidently direct and guide customers during shoots
• Capture high-quality video testimonials (reels + short formats)
• Turn reviews into engaging, viral-style content

2️⃣ Script Writing

• Write short-form scripts for reels (hooks, storytelling, product-focused)
• Create scripts around curtains, upholstery, bedding, wallpapers, etc.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with Dioris branding

3️⃣ Video Shooting & Editing

• Shoot videos using phone/camera in showroom
• Edit reels professionally (transitions, captions, pacing, trending audio)
• Maintain premium, aesthetic brand look
• Deliver 1–2 quality reels daily

4️⃣ Posting & Content Management

• Post content on Instagram and other platforms
• Write SEO-optimized captions and hashtags
• Schedule posts consistently
• Track engagement and suggest improvements

✅ Required Skills

• Strong communication & confident personality
• Comfortable speaking on camera and directing others
• Good video editing skills (InShot, CapCut, VN, or similar apps)
• Understanding of Instagram trends & algorithms
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing & content aesthetics
• Scriptwriting ability (Hindi + English preferred)
