Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone who can become the face of 9to5.

Someone who can:

• Speak on camera confidently
• Create high-quality content
• Build hype around what we’re doing
• Bring brands, storytelling, and distribution together

This is not a backend role.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role directly working with the founder.

• 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing1. Content Creation & StorytellingCreate daily content for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Shoot office vlogs, behind-the-scenes, warehouse, packaging, dispatch stories
• Turn boring operations into interesting, binge-worthy content
• Build storytelling around:
• “Corporate gifting is broken”
• “How 9to5 fixes it”
• Real client stories, chaos, scale, execution

• 2. On-Camera PresenceBe comfortable talking on camera
• Explain what 9to5 does in a simple, engaging way
• Act as a brand voice / presenter
• Shoot reels like:
• “A day in 9to5”
• “Packing 500 kits in 24 hours”
• “What companies get wrong about onboarding”
• 3. Brand BuildingBuild 9to5 as a category leader
• Create content that attracts:
• HRs
• Founders
• Ops teams
• Maintain a premium, non-cringe tone
• 4. Brand CollaborationsReach out to D2C brands
• Onboard them to 9to5
• Create collaborative content with brands
• Build a network of brands we can feature & sell
• 5. Social Media ManagementOwn Instagram + LinkedIn end-to-end
• Plan content calendar
• Post, optimize, track performance
• Focus on growth, reach, and engagement
• What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is:
• Confident on camera
• Has strong communication skills
• Understands what works on Instagram & LinkedIn
• Can think content-first, not design-first
• Bonus if:
• You’ve created content before (Reels / YouTube / LinkedIn)
• You understand startups / D2C / branding
• You can shoot + edit (or manage it)
