Creative Social Media Strategist (Viral Content & Growth)

We are looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist who can plan viral, engaging, and conversion-driven content for our healthcare, wellness, and education brands.

The ideal candidate should deeply understand Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form content trends, and should be capable of turning patient stories, doctor expertise, student success stories, and healthcare education into high-performing viral reels, carousels, and post campaigns.

This role is focused on content planning, storytelling, growth strategy, and trend execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly social media content calendars
• Research daily viral trends, hooks, and reel formats
• Plan viral reel concepts, storytelling ideas, and campaign themes
• Write strong hooks, captions, CTA lines, and carousel post copy
• Convert doctor/patient/student stories into high-engagement content
• Plan before-after transformation stories
• Build authority-based doctor content strategy
• Create educational + emotional + trust-building content pillars
• Coordinate with video editor, graphic designer, and shooting team
• Monitor reach, shares, saves, watch time, and follower growth
• Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Competitor and industry content analysis
• Suggest trending audios, thumbnails, and visual hooks
• Improve lead generation through organic social media

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in social media strategy / content planning
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts growth
• Excellent script writing and storytelling skills
• Strong trend research ability
• Understanding of healthcare, wellness, or education niche preferred
• Knows how to make viral hooks
• Strong idea generation for doctor authority and patient stories
• Basic understanding of Meta trends and content psychology
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Fast execution mindset
