Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen at all times

Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage

Coordinate with helpers and delivery staff

Ability to work during peak hours and rush time

Someone who can cook genuinely good food, not just fill plates

Strong understanding of taste, spices, and balance of flavors

Experience in cafe, cloud kitchen, or restaurant preferred

Knowledge of Indian, Continental, fast food, or diet meals is a plus
