Job Description:

Madhuram is hiring an experienced Halwai with expertise in Besan Barfi and other traditional sweets. The candidate should know how to maintain perfect texture, aroma, and ghee balance, ensuring every batch matches Madhuram’s signature quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Besan Barfi and other gram flour–based sweets with consistency.
• Control roasting, sugar syrup (chashni) levels, and mixing timing.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure zero wastage.
• Supervise helpers and assist in bulk festive production.
• Manage raw materials (besan, ghee, sugar) efficiently.

Requirements:Skilled in besan sweets, particularly Besan Barfi, Laddoo, and Mysore Pak.

• Knowledge of roasting technique and chashni thread consistency.

• Clean, disciplined, and punctual work habits.

• Can handle 8–10 kg production per batch.
