Cook / Chef

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook/Chef who specializes in Chinese, Fast Food, and North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise, consistency in taste, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese, Fast Food, and North Indian dishes as per standard recipes
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage raw material usage and minimize food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during peak hours
• Assist in menu planning and introduction of new dishes (if required)
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in Chinese (Indo-Chinese), Fast Food & North Indian cuisine
• Good knowledge of spices, sauces, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, or QSRs
• Ability to handle bulk orders and online delivery operations
• Basic inventory and kitchen management skills

Salary & Benefits
