Corporate Actions Associate

Relevant Experience to Look For (Shortlisting Criteria) • 6 months+ experience in corporate actions processing

• Hands-on experience in dividends, splits, bonuses, buybacks, mergers
• Familiarity with exchange announcements and market notifications
• Experience in reconciliation of allotments and entitlements
• Exposure to client portfolio servicing or fund operations preferred
