Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Motherhood Hospital, Sector 57, Gurgaon. As a Sales Executive, you will promote and sell our range of baby products, particularly our unique gift products, to new parents visiting our studio within the hospital premises.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with new parents visiting the hospital to introduce them to our casting frames and other baby products.
• Provide detailed information about our products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, and sentimental value.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect casting frames tailored to their preferences and budget.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring an inviting and welcoming environment for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and close sales.
