Counter Staff

🟣 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely (dine-in & front stall)
• Take orders confidently and suggest add-ons / combos
• Handle billing through POS system
• Manage cash, UPI & card payments
• Maintain professional behaviour at counter
• Ensure clean and presentable counter area
• Encourage happy customers to leave Google reviews
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service staff
• Handle basic customer complaints politely

🟣 What We Expect:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Polite, confident & presentable personality
• Ability to upsell items naturally
• Comfortable handling money & billing
• Basic understanding of smartphones/POS system
• Responsible and punctual

[Hospitality experience preferred (Café/Restaurant/Front Desk), but not mandatory]
