What we offer: Lead capture, multi-channel messaging (SMS, Email, WhatsApp), reviews management, marketing automation, and AI Employee roles (Salesperson, Scheduler, Marketer, Concierge, Reputation Specialist).
The RoleWe're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to drive successful implementation and adoption of Aadir for new clients. You'll be the first point of contact post-sale, ensuring clients get set up quickly, understand the platform, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Account Setup: Configure new client accounts, set up integrations, and ensure platform readiness
- Client Guidance: Provide step-by-step onboarding, walkthroughs, and training on core features
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate complex problems appropriately
- Documentation: Create/maintain setup guides, FAQs, and process documentation
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes and identify product gaps
- Success Tracking: Monitor client progress, ensure adoption milestones are met, and reduce churn
- Communication: Maintain regular check-ins via email, chat, calls, and video demos
Required Skills
*CRM Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with APIs, integrations, webhooks, and troubleshooting technical setups
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine desire to help clients succeed; patient and empathetic communicator
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues, think creatively, and find solutions independently
- Organization: Manage multiple client onboardings simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Documentation Skills: Write clear, concise guides and processes
Nice-to-HaveExperience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Knowledge of Indian SMB pain points and workflows
- Experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, SMS, or email marketing platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for customization
