Job Description
- Take complaint request through call, WhatsApp & email.
- Register the complaints on CRM system, assign it to relevant executive/reseller
- Work along with service team, reseller & customer to ensure timely resolution of the complaint as per defined TAT & SLA
- Proactive follow up on free service cases, ensure it is done in timely manner
- Prepare weekly & monthly MIS
- Prepare customer feedback & other market learning and share with stake holders on on-going basis
