· incoming customer queries (email, calls, WhatsApp)
· Handle Pitch UniStreet merchandise to colleges, corporates & event companies
· Prepare quotations, order briefs & follow-ups
· Assist in lead generation & maintaining CRM records
· Coordinate with design & production teams for client requirements
· Ensure smooth communication until order delivery
