š Job Opening: Customer Support Executive ā Inbound Process
š Location: Sector 20, Gurugram
š° Salary: ā¹14,000 ā ā¹18,000 per month
š¹ Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle inbound customer calls professionally
ā¢ Resolve queries related to lab tests, bookings & reports
ā¢ Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
ā¢ Maintain call records and follow standard procedures
š¹ Requirements:
ā¢ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
ā¢ Graduate freshers are welcome
ā¢ Basic computer knowledge
ā¢ Ability to work 6 days a week (1 weekly)
