Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Technical Sales & Upselling)

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA ( Including Performance Linked Incentive)

Shift Pattern: 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs


Role Overview

We are seeking high-energy professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive with a heavy focus on Hardcore Technical Sales and Upselling. This role requires a unique blend of technical troubleshooting skills and a sales-driven mindset to convert support interactions into revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Hardcore Sales & Upselling: Proactively identify customer needs during support calls to pitch and sell relevant technical products, services, or upgrades.

Technical Support: Provide primary level technical assistance to international customers, resolving queries related to hardware, software, or service connectivity.

KPI Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks (AHT, CSAT, and Conversion rates).

Customer Engagement: Maintain high standards of communication to ensure a seamless experience for international clients.


Mandatory Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months of documented Sales experience (International/Domestic BPO). Hardcore sales or upselling experience is essential.

Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream.

Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Knowledge: Basic to average understanding of technical support concepts.

Flexibility: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week-offs.

Availability: Immediate Joiners only.
