Process Name: Icegate
Process Type: Customer Service
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Workdays: 6 Days a week (Rotational weekly off)
Shift Timings: Dayshift for Girls and Rotational shift for Boys
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Engage with the clients to understand their needs
Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive and enhance customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Ø Graduation is mandatory
Ø Excellent in English communication
Ø 1 Year of BPO experience on paper is needed
