We are hiring experienced and dynamic professionals for our International Customer Success / Customer Support Process (Voice & Chat).

This role involves handling global customers, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to international service standards.

If you have strong English communication skills and prior experience in international voice or chat support, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via Voice / Chat / Email
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of interactions
• Follow company policies and global service standards
• Manage healthcare / telecom / customer service-related queries (process-dependent)

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Graduate Mandatory

🧑‍💼 Minimum 6 Months – 1 Year International Voice/Chat Experience (Mandatory)

🗣 Excellent English Communication Skills (C1 Level Preferred)

💻 Basic Computer Knowledge

📍 Must reside within 20 KM from office location

📝 Interview Process:

HR Round → Operations Round → Language Assessment (If Applicable)
