Customer Care Executive

Role: Customer Support Executive - Domestic Process

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Support - Handel incoming customer calls professionally and resolve queries related to products and services

Issue Resolution - Address customer calls complaints effectively and escalate critical issues to relevant departments when required.

Data Maintenance - Accurately update customer information and transaction details in the CRM system.

Performance Metrics - Meet and exceed defined targets for call quality, Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Feedback & Improvement: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to enhance service quality and international processes.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass (High School Diploma).

Experience: 0-2 years of experience

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including day, night, afternoon and evening shifts based on process requirements.
