Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales & Customer Service Executives for multiple domestic and international voice processes. Candidates will be aligned to suitable processes based on communication and interview performance. Alternate process option available if not selected in the first round.

Salary: ₹13,500 In-hand to ₹28,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives (Process dependent)

Processes Available:

• International Upselling
• International Insurance Sales
• Banking Inbound & Outbound
• Automobile Sales & Inbound CS
• Travel Sales
• Insurance Sales
• E-commerce Customer Support

Eligibility:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates
• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
• Communication Skills: V4–V6
• Experience required only for selected processes

Work Details:

• 6 Days Working
• Day / Rotational Shifts
• Sunday Fixed or Rotational Week Off
