Key Responsibilities
1. Address customer inquiries through calls, chat, emails until inquiry is closed.
2. Assist customers in choosing and ordering the product in case they need support.
3. Address Customer Complaints or queries related to orders, delivery, product usage, product quality etc.
4. Call customers for confirming the orders before delivery or for COD orders.
5. Maintain customer service log, tracking all incoming inquiries and detailing out customer requests, product defects, shipping errors, etc.
6. Work with Operations to address and resolve customer logistics issues.


Skills Required

- Education no bar.
- Should be proficient in operating computer.
- Spoken English should be above average. 
- Solve queries
