Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service / Call Center (preferred).

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

Shift Details Rotational shifts for Male ( 8 am to 10 pm) 9 hours shift with 1 hour break.

Rotational weekly offs.
