Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries, complaints, and service requests via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and offer clear, step-by-step resolutions – especially for customers who are not tech-savvy.
• Provide basic product training to users post-purchase, as required.
• Ensure prompt follow-up until every issue is satisfactorily resolved and closed.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our range of products during every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, logistics, etc.) to resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Proactively collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Willingness to take initiative and be aggressive in upselling, without being pushy.
• Experience in a customer support/call center environment is a plus.
• Tech-savvy or a quick learner with interest in gadgets and tech products.
