About the Role:

Stashfin is expanding its Wealth segment and is looking for a proactive Calling Executive to engage with customers interested in bond investments. You’ll assist users with onboarding, KYC, and payment queries—boosting conversions for investment products like Akara Bonds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who dropped off during the bond investment process.
• Assist users in completing KYC and investment steps on the app.
• Provide accurate product information without offering investment advice.
• Share useful resources via WhatsApp and resolve queries professionally.
• Record feedback to improve communication and user experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Customer handling or telesales experience (BFSI/fintech preferred).
• Knowledge of investment products like bonds (training provided).
• Tech-savvy and empathetic approach to user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years in customer calling or client servicing roles.
