Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telesales Executive
We are hiring Customer Support and Telesales Executives to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and drive sales through inbound and outbound calls. The role involves resolving customer issues, maintaining a positive customer experience, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in customer support or telesales is preferred but freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (Fixed + Incentives)
