Shift: Day Shift for girls and Night for boys

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month

Description: We are hiring for the Icegate ,The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining product features, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key

• Responsibilities :Make Inbound calls to prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and share appropriate solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the system.
• Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the post-sales or closing team.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduates can apply.
• Experience: 1 year of Experience in BPO is mandetory
• Location: Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
• Shift: Day shift only.
