Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, billing questions, and general support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
