Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
● Experience: Minimum 6 months mandatory BFSI experience
● Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM
● Chat Handling: Ability to manage more than 2 concurrent chats

Relevant Experience to Look For (Shortlisting Criteria)
* 6 months+ experience in wealth management operations, equity research, or
investment advisory support
* Exposure to equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and crypto instruments
* Experience in portfolio analysis, market research, or client reporting
* Familiarity with corporate actions, dividends, NAV movements, and financial
statements
* Prior experience working with RM teams, investment advisors, or PMS/AIF setups
is a plus
Key Skills Required
* Strong understanding of capital markets & investment products
* Equity & fund analysis skills
* Financial statement analysis
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, MIS reports)
* Market research & report writing
* NISM Mutual Fund / Equity certification preferred

Role Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and mutual funds
* Monitor market trends, corporate actions, dividends, and company financials
* Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare detailed research reports
* Support strategies for wealth management and investment advisor
