We are actively hiring for Customer Support Executive in Gurgaon!!!


Location: Gurgaon 

Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA 

Working Days: 5 days with rotational shifts 

Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs 

Facilities: Both side cab facilities 

Eligibility: Only graduates (freshers & experienced minimum – 6 months) 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients). 

- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. 

- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required. 

- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions. 

- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
