We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our voice process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle calls efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide prompt resolutions
• Maintain call records and follow standard procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective support
• Escalate issues to the concerned team when required

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Have voice process experience
• Ability to work in rotational shifts , Rotational Off, and 6 Days working
