Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Handel incoming customer calls professionally and resolve queries related to products and services
  • address customer complaints effectively and escalate critical issues to relevant departments when required.
  • Accurately update customer information and transaction details the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed defined targets for calls quality, Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)


Qualification & Eligibility


Education - 12th pass minimum (High School Diploma).

Experience - 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Language - English and Hindi

Shift - Willingness to work in rotational shift, including Day and Night shifts based on process requirements.
