Job Overview
Cogent E-Services is seeking dynamic and clear-speaking professionals to join our Health Insurance Customer Service team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for policyholders, helping them navigate their insurance benefits, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Inquiry Management: Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries regarding health insurance policies, coverage details, and claim status.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or grievances with a high level of empathy and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.
• Policy Education: Assist customers in understanding complex insurance terms, benefits, and the process for filing claims.
• Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality standards for every call.
Candidate Requirements
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
• Experience: Previous experience in BPO or the Insurance sector is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
• Skillset: Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and a customer-first mindset.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Office Location: Sector 58, Gurugram.
