Role Overview

We are hiring for our inaugural Pilot Batch in the travel sector. We are looking for dynamic individuals—both freshers and experienced professionals—who are eager to build a career in the travel and hospitality industry. This role involves handling customer queries, bookings, and providing world-class service in a rotational shift environment.

Salary Structure & Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on your education and experience level: 20k - 24k

Note: The "Experienced" bracket applies to candidates with at least 6 months of experience (without a generated UAN).Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduates or Undergraduates in their final semester.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.
• Background: Candidates from Hotel or Travel backgrounds are highly preferred, though we are open to candidates from other industries with strong communication skills.
• Communication: Good verbal and written English skills.

Shift & Work Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Shift Window: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
• Weekly Offs: Rotational.
• Transport: Cab facility provided during odd hours.
