💰 Salary:

Fresher: ₹15,000 in-hand (Fixed)

Experienced: Up to ₹29,000 CTC

🏢 Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working

🕒 Shift Timings:

Women: Day shifts only (for safety)

Others: Rotational shifts

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

📞 Handle customer queries related to flights, hotels, & holiday bookings

🎯 Provide voice support for inquiries & complaint resolutions

✈️ Assist customers in making & modifying travel reservations

🔄 Ensure smooth customer experiences by following up on concerns

🤝 Maintain a professional & empathetic approach in all interactions

✔️ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

🎓 Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

💼 Experience: 0-2 Years (Travel industry experience is a plus)

🗣 Skills: Excellent English & regional language communication

⏳ Availability: Comfortable with 6 days working & rotational shifts
