WEβRE HIRING: CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE β EXS (TRAVEL PROCESS) π
π Location: Gurgaon
π° Salary:
Fresher: βΉ15,000 in-hand (Fixed)
Experienced: Up to βΉ29,000 CTC
π’ Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working
π Shift Timings:
Women: Day shifts only (for safety)
Others: Rotational shifts
πΌ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π Handle customer queries related to flights, hotels, & holiday bookings
π― Provide voice support for inquiries & complaint resolutions
βοΈ Assist customers in making & modifying travel reservations
π Ensure smooth customer experiences by following up on concerns
π€ Maintain a professional & empathetic approach in all interactions
βοΈ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
π Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
πΌ Experience: 0-2 Years (Travel industry experience is a plus)
π£ Skills: Excellent English & regional language communication
β³ Availability: Comfortable with 6 days working & rotational shifts
