Location: Gurugram (Onsite) | Full-time
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle end-to-end customer queries for our e-commerce brand and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp & social media
- Resolve order, delivery, return, refund & size-related issues
- Coordinate with logistics & internal teams for quick resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce customer support
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
