Customer Care Executive

📞 Job Roles (Two Processes):1. Banking Voice ProcessHandle customer queries on inbound calls and promote banking products such as:

• Debit/Credit Card Upgrades

• EMI Conversions on Credit Card Dues

• Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)

2. Insurance Voice ProcessHandle customer queries related to insurance, policy support, renewal assistance, and product explanation.

👩‍💻 Eligibility (Combined):✅ Graduate / Undergraduate

✅ For Banking: Min 6 months experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)

✅ For Insurance: Fresher or Experienced

✅ Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

🕒 Shift Details:• Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Weekly Offs

👔 Dress Code:• Mon–Fri: Formals

• Sat–Sun: Semi-Casuals

💰 Salary & Benefits:Banking Voice Process💵 Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month

Insurance Voice Process💵 Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
