Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Work Location: JMD (Nearby candidates preferred)

Job Description:

• Call customers to confirm orders

• After confirmation, collect details about product, quantity, and delivery schedule

• Maintain polite, professional, and effective communication with customers

• Update confirmed orders in system

• Handle customer queries and issues promptly

• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing

• Maintain daily order confirmation and calling reports

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi / basic English) – able to talk to customers clearly and confidently

• Experience in FMCG / Retail customer handling

• Basic computer / CRM knowledge

• Confident in calling, positive attitude

• Punctual, responsible, and professional
