Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls and emails while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice calls and email support.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company guidelines and service standards during interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only (any discipline).

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Salary & Benefits
