Process- Inbound & Outbound

JD-

• Answering customer inquiries. Respond to questions via phone, email, or social media with accurate and timely information about company products and services.
• Troubleshooting issues. Resolve technical support problems or customer complaints, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintaining customer records. Update CRM systems and ensure detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Providing product information. Assist new customers in understanding the pricing, features, and benefits of the company’s offerings.
• Supporting customer retention. Collaborate with the customer service team to upsell services, encourage customer loyalty, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Handling complaints. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally, focusing on quick resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
• Multitasking efficiently. Manage multiple customer accounts and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Improving processes. Contribute to process orders and offer actionable insights to improve customer care procedures.
