Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through live chat support for domestic clients. The role involves resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (Quality, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines


Required Skills:

  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass can also apply
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if applicable)
  • Totally day shift


Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in chat or customer support process
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
