Role OverviewAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents. Your role is to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and app queries
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, and order coordination
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Follow up for feedback and reviews
• Coordinate with groomers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer and order data
• Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times

• Who We’re Looking ForExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Comfortable talking to customers throughout the day
• Patient, calm, and solution-oriented
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• Experience in customer support / telecalling is preferred
• Someone who values customer convenience over internal comfort

• Working DetailsFull-time, in-office role
• Location: Sector 56, Gurugram
• 6 days working
