Hiring smart and intellectual associates for Premium Chat Support for Blinkit. The role involves handling premium customer queries through chat and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat support

Provide prompt and effective issue resolution

Maintain premium customer experience

Follow SOPs and quality guidelines

Requirements:

•Strong communication skills (Versant Level 5 or 6 mandatory)

•Good problem-solving and situational handling skills
