Customer Relationship Manager

KEY RESPONSI BI LI TI ES:

• Make sure all the leads of client s aft er placing orders are met.
• Ensure your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales ser vice. Always ask your them for true feedback.
• Servicing the client after receiving the or der till the time of collection of payment/Installation/ Job Satisfaction car d/Five referrals.
• Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
• Give or support the parti ci pant s/client s about company products or ser vices.
• Acting as a single point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concerns.
• Keep the CRM system updated with correct customer details. Organize customers into groups based on their interests. Improve the CRM process so the sales team works mor e smoothly.
• Keep track of leads and follow up with the month time. Hel p tur n leads into customers by staying in touch and sharing helpful information.
• listen to customer feedback and find ways to make them happier.
• Create simple report s to show how we are doing with leads and customer contact s. Share ideas based on data to help improve our sales and ser vice.
• Help the customer support team solve client problems quickly.

KEY REQUI RE MENTS:

• Minimum 2- 6 year of experience in CRM, sales, customer support, and client communication (including customer calls).
• Familiar with CRM tool s/ portals and experienced in managing customer data.
• Ability of rigorous follow up.
• Ability to communicate confidently- both through speaking and writing- with colleagues and cli ents.
• Pro-active, Well- groomed and presentable personality.
• Polit e, disposition, patient, and composed in nature.
