📌 Job Description – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Armed Forces Welfare Housing Organisation (AFWHO) is dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for serving and retired Armed Forces personnel, Paramilitary, Police Forces, Central/State Government employees, and PSUs. We are hiring a CUSTOMER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to manage client engagement, lead conversion, and customer handling through office-based communication channels.

Role Summary

The CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER will focus on converting provided leads into successfully managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer servicing—all through office-based calls and digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities Handle

inbound and outbound calls with assigned leads provided by the company.
Engage with clients, explain offerings clearly, and resolve queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer handling and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Update and maintain client records, sales progress, and CRM systems accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer service delivery.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing or related field.
2–5 years’ proven experience in CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, or Client Servicing (B2C focus).
